Apocalyptic sci-fi comedy Save Yourselves! gets a poster and trailer

September 12, 2020 by Amie Cranswick

Bleeker Street has released a poster and trailer for the apocalyptic sci-fi comedy Save Yourselves! which stars John Reynolds and Sunita Mani as a couple who spend a week switched off to the outside world in a an isolated cabin and blissfully unaware that Earth is under attack! Check them out here…

Jack (John Reynolds) and Su (Sunita Mani) are a hip Brooklyn couple who, like many of their friends, find themselves dependent on technology and unable to put down their phones. Fearing their mindless scrolling may impact their connection with each other, they seize the chance to head to an isolated cabin in the woods, vowing to unplug from the outside world for a week. Sheltered from texts and push notifications, they are blissfully unaware that the planet is under attack. As strange events unfold, the couple must figure out a way back to civilization—or what’s left of it.

Written and directed by Alex H. Fischer & Eleanor Wilson, the film features a cast that also includes Ben Sinclair, John Early, Jo Firestone, Gary Richardson, Johanna Day, Zenobia Shroff, and Amy Sedaris.

Save Yourselves! is set for a theatrical release on October 2nd, followed by a digital release on October 6th.
