Apple TV+ renews Ronald D. Moore’s For All Mankind for second season

Even though its series premiere is still a couple of weeks away, Apple TV+ has already renewed the sci-fi For All Mankind for a second season.

The series comes from producer and showrunner Ronald D. Moore, known for his work on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Battlestar Galactica and Outlander. It explores the alternate history of what could have happened if the global space race never ended and features a cast that includes Joel Kinnaman (Altered Carbon), Michael Dorman (Patriot), Wrenn Schmidt (The Looming Tower), Shantel VanSanten (The Boys) , Sarah Jones (The Path) and Jodi Balfour (The Crown).

For All Mankind is created by Emmy® Award winner Ronald D. Moore (Outlander, Battlestar Galactica), Matt Wolpert and Ben Nedivi. Told through the lives of NASA astronauts, engineers and their families, For All Mankind presents an aspirational world where NASA and the space program remained a priority and a focal point of our hopes and dreams.

For All Mankind premieres on Apple TV+ on November 1st.
