British action thriller Dead Shot gets a US trailer

A trailer, poster and images have arrived online for the US release of writer-directors Charles and Thomas Guard’s British action thriller Dead Shot.

The film follows retired Irish paramilitary Michael (Colin Morgan) as he takes to the streets of 1970s London to seek revenge against the soldier (Aml Ameen) that shot his pregnant wife during an ambush. Watch the trailer below…

 

When a border ambush goes wrong, a retired Irish paramilitary Michael (Colin Morgan) witnesses the fatal shooting of his pregnant wife by British Sergeant, Tempest (Aml Ameen). Now wounded, and presumed dead, he escapes, taking his revenge to the dark and paranoid streets of 1970’s London. Raw and suspenseful, Dead Shot is an adrenaline-fueled thriller that will leave audiences weighing up the true cost of revenge.

Featuring in the cast of Dead Shot are Aml Ameen, Colin Morgan, Mark Strong and Felicity Jones.

Dead Shot arrives in cinemas and on digital on August 18th in the US.
