Licorice Pizza star Cooper Hoffman is set to become Olivia Wilde’s sexual muse in Gregg Araki‘s thriller I Want Your Sex.
According to Variety Hoffman will play a fresh-faced new employee for Olivia Wilde’s artist and provocateur, who gets dragged into a world of desire, domination and fantasy.
Directed by indie auteur Gregg Araki, who is best known for Mysterious Skin, the synopsis for I Want Your Sex reads: “When fresh-faced Elliot (Hoffman) lands an exciting job for renowned artist, icon, and provocateur Erika Tracy (Wilde), his fantasies come true as Erika taps him to become her sexual muse. But Elliot soon finds himself out of his depth as Erika takes him on a journey more profound than he ever could have imagined, into a world of sex, obsession, power, betrayal, and murder.”
Hoffman, whose father is late icon Philip Seymour Hoffman, will next be seen in Jason Reitman’s Saturday Night, a film about the first ever broadcast of SNL, while I Want Your Sex will mark Wilde’s first outing since directing and starring in Don’t Worry Darling.
