Darth Maul actor Ray Park interested in a Star Wars team-up movie with Boba Fett

September 19, 2018 by Samuel Brace

Ray Park, the actor behind Darth Maul, has revealed that he would be open to doing a Star Wars team-up movie between Maul and Boba Fett.

Now that Darth Maul is officially back in the mix in terms of live action movies, thanks, of course, to his surprise cameo in Solo: A Star Wars Story, many fans are wondering what might be next for the character?

Well, while a Solo sequel seems unlikely, maybe Maul will appear in a film with another fan favourite character that has been rumoured to make a return to the big screen, such as Boba Fett?

Ray Park, the actor behind Maul, thinks it’s a great idea; after all, Park trains with actor Daniel Logan, who played Boba in Attack of the Clones. Speaking to Nerdist, Park said: “I hope so. It would be cool. For many years, when Daniel was coming over before Solo, I said, you never know, one day they may do something. Daniel is one of these guys who’s Mr. Natural. He doesn’t actually have to work at doing anything, he can just do it. So with some work, he could be unbelievable.”

Surely many fans would love to see these two iconic Star Wars characters collide on screen and given they’re both heavily involved with the underworld, it’s certainly not beyond the realm of possibility. Do you think it could happen? Let us know below…
