October 15, 2021 by Ricky Church

Deadline reports Superman & Lois has added Seance‘s Djouliet Amara to its cast in a recurring role for the second season, where she will play “a new student at Smallville High whose past is riddled with secrets.”

Superman & Lois takes place in the CW’s Arrowverse of DC superhero series. It follows Clark Kent/Superman and Lois Lane navigating their lives as reporters and parents to two teenage sons. After moving back to Smallville, their lives become even more complicated when one of their sons has inherited Clark’s Kryptonian powers while dangerous forces target Smallville for mysterious reasons.

Superman & Lois stars Tyler Hoechlin as Clark Kent/Superman, Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane, Jordan Elsass as Jonathan Kent, Alexander Garfin as Jordan Kent, Emmanuelle Chriqui as Lana Lang Cushing, Erik Valdez as Kyle Cushing, Inde Navarrette as Sarah Cushing, Wolé Parks as John Henry Irons and Dylan Walsh as General Samuel Lane.

Amara will be seen next in the Paramount+ series Guilty Party and the CW’s Riverdale.
