F1 2017 coming to Linux on November 2nd

October 29, 2017 by Andrew Newton

Feral Interactive have announced that F1 2017 will be released for Linux on the 2nd November.  F1 2017 has been available on the Xbox One, Playstation 4 and Windows PC since August and will be the latest game for Linux users from Feral Interactive.  A new trailer has been released showcasing the game on Linux.  Watch this below…

F1 2017 will allow players to not only drive the best Formula 1 cars around but will also allow players to experience the off track dealings and vehicle development that goes along with it.  Players will be able to enjoy a ten year Career Mode, practice programmes for racing skill improvements and an expansive Research and Development tree that allows racers greater control over the development of their cars.  Those who like to tinker with engine and gearbox tuning have also been catered for.

Everything you would want from a racing game from stunning locations to the inclusion of drivers, teams, circuits and cars from the real F1 2017 season have been included in F1 2017.

“F1 2017 is an electrifying recreation of the current season, offering a deep, engaging and yet very accessible F1 experience,” said David Stephen, Managing Director of Feral Interactive “We are thrilled to be bringing it to Linux.”

F1 2017 for Linux will be available from the Feral Store and Steam on the 2nd November.
