Final Destination: Bloodlines lands its potential survivors

March 29, 2024 by EJ Moreno

Final Destination 6 has found the next in line for death’s hit list as THR reports Final Destination: Bloodlines has cast Brec Bassinger, Teo Briones, and Kaitlyn Santa Juana in lead roles.

Bassinger is best known for starring in The CW’s DC series Stargirl, while Briones starred in the first season of Chucky, and Juana performed on the Dear Evan Hansen stage show.

The supporting cast includes Richard Harmon from The 100, Anna Lore from Gotham Knights, Owen Patrick Joyner (Julie and the Phantoms), Max Lloyd-Jones (Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett), Rya Kihlstedt (Obi-Wan Kenobi), and Tinpo Lee (The Manor).

For the first time in ten years, fans are seeing a new entry in the long-running franchise, which will celebrate its 25th anniversary when it’s released next year.

The sixth Final Destination is set to have Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein (Freaks) directing from a script written by Lori Evans Taylor and Guy Busick. Jon Watts is producing.

Plot details are very secretive, but there have been some rumblings that this installment was set to feature first responders. Only time will tell, but expect the signature elaborate deaths.

Final Destination: Bloodlines will be released in 2025.
