First trailer for Ron Moore’s new sci-fi series For All Mankind

June 4, 2019 by Ricky Church

Apple has released the first trailer for their upcoming sci-fi series from Ronald D. Moore, For All Mankind. The series imagines an alternate history where the Soviet Union beat the United States to the moon and the space race never ended. Watch the trailer below…

For All Mankind stars Joel Kinnaman (Altered Carbon), Michael Dorman (Patriot), Sarah Jones (Damnation), Shantel VanSanten (Shooter), Wrenn Schmidt (The Looming Tower) and Jodi Balfour (The Crown).

Ron Moore is known for his extensive career in sci-fi, first coming to prominence with the Star Trek series The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine. The reimagined Battlestar Galactica series is one of the projects he is most known for as well as Starz’s hit series Outlander.

Moore wrote For All Mankind with Fargo executive producers Matt Wolpert and Ben Nedivi. Moore, Wolpert and Nedivi will executive produce the series with Moore’s Tall Ships Productions Maril Davis.

Apple TV+ will launch sometime in the fall, though information on the service’s cost and other original content is pretty light at present.
