Goosebumps trailer brings frights to Disney+ and Hulu

September 14, 2023 by Ricky Church

Hulu and Disney+ have released the official trailer for the new Goosebumps TV series.

Based on R.L. Stine’s YA horror franchise, the series sees a group of teenagers investigate a mystery after their English teacher is possessed by the spirit of a former student out for revenge, uncovering the secrets of their parent’s high school years. Watch the trailer below…

Plunging viewers into a world of mystery and suspense, the new “Goosebumps” series follows a group of five high schoolers as they embark on a shadowy and twisted journey to investigate the tragic passing three decades earlier of a teen named Harold Biddle — while also unearthing dark secrets from their parents’ past.

Goosebumps stars Justin Long, Rachael Harris, Zack Morris, Isa Briones, Miles McKenna, Ana Yi Puig and Will Price. The new series was developed by Nick Stoller and Rob Letterman, the latter of whom directed the 2015 Goosebumps feature film. The pair are also executive producing the new series.

Goosebumps will premiere the first five episodes of the series just in time for the spooky season on Friday, October 13th as part of Disney’s ‘Hallowstream’ event.
