August 17, 2022 by Gary Collinson

In celebration of the 40th anniversary of Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi, Hasbro has announced a brand new UK and EU convention exclusive Star Wars: The Black Series 6-inch figure for Admiral Ackbar. Check out the promotional image for the figure, which will be available to collectors in the UK during MCM London Comic Con between October 28th and November 1st.

Celebrate 40 years of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi with this Admiral Ackbar The Black Series action figure featuring 1980s-inspired design. The 6-inch-scale Black Series figure is detailed to look like the Admiral Ackbar character from Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, featuring premium detail and multiple points of articulation.

ADMIRAL ACKBAR: A veteran commander, Ackbar led the defence of his homeworld, Mon Cala, and then masterminded the rebel attack on the second Death Star at the Battle of Endor. He became a Grand Admiral in the New Republic, winning many victories.
