Interplanetary artillery game Worbital launches on Steam

Finnish developer Team Jolly Roger has announced the release of their real time artillery title on Steam.  Worbital is the developer’s second game to be released and will see players firing interplanetary guns at their friends.  Check out the launch trailer below….

In Worbital players take control of an entire planet and customise its surface to create the ultimate planet killer and wipe their opposing player out of space.  Planets can be kitted out with a variety of weapons and exotic doomsday tech including projectiles, missiles, solar flares and lasers.

Worbital features:

  • Interplanetary warfare at its best – Utilise shifting gravity to inflict maximum damage with a wide range of weaponry.
  • Pick the planets weaponry from a huge arsenal consisting of Railguns, Lasers, World Rammers, Magnets, Orbit Boosters and more.
  • Play against friends and make them curse by using perfectly timed attacks and defenses.

Worbital is available to download now on Steam for both PC and Mac with a console version is scheduled for later this year.
