James Gunn’s Peacemaker series adds two to its cast

February 21, 2021 by Gary Collinson

As filming on James Gunn’s Peacemaker continues, Variety is reporting that Alison Araya (Riverdale) and Lenny Jacobson (For All Mankind) have signed on for recurring roles in the DC series as a married couple called Amber and Evan.

A spinoff from the upcoming Warner Bros. and DC Films movie The Suicide Squad, Peacemaker sees John Cena reprising his role as the titular character, a pacifist who is so committed to peace that he is willing to fight – and kill – in order to achieve it.
