Jamie Lee Curtis to battle Michael Myers again (and again) in Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends

July 19, 2019 by Gary Collinson

The saga of Michael Myers and Laurie Strode appears to be far from over, as Universal Pictures and Blumhouse Productions have announced that Jamie Lee Curtis will be back to battle the shape in 2020’s Halloween Kills and 2021’s Halloween Ends. Check out the teaser here…

The two new films will see the return of director David Gordon Green and writer Danny McBride following their work on 2018’s critically and commercially successful franchise reboot. John Carpenter will once again serve as executive producer (and presumably composer), with Blumhouse’s Jason Blum producing, while Jamie Lee Curtis has also officially confirmed her return via Twitter:

Further details are being kept under wraps at the moment, although it’s probably safe to assume that Judy Greer and Andy Matichak will also be back as Laurie’s daughter Karen and granddaughter Allyson.

Halloween Kills is set for release on October 16th 2020, followed by Halloween Ends on October 15th 2021.
