Julia Louis-Dreyfus stars in trailer for A24’s heartbreaking mother-daughter fairy tale Tuesday

January 26, 2024 by Matt Rodgers

A24 has released the trailer for Tuesday, its forthcoming mother-daughter fairy tale drama that deals with the grief of saying goodbye to a loved one… oh, and there’s a talking a parrot too.

From writer/director Daina Oniunas-Pusic, who also stars alongside Julia Louis-Dreyfus (You Hurt My Feelings), Lola Petticrew (She Said), Leah Harvey (Foundation), Ellie James (I May Destory You) and Arinzé Kene (How to Build a Girl), you can check out the Tuesday trailer below…

A mother (Louis-Dreyfus, in a profoundly moving performance) and her teenage daughter must confront Death when it arrives in the form of an astonishing talking bird. Tuesday is a heart-rending fairy tale about the echoes of loss and finding resilience in the unexpected.

Tuesday will be released in theatres sometime in 2024.
