Juno Temple is cooking up some trouble in Fargo season 5 teaser trailer

September 22, 2023 by Matt Rodgers

FX’s critically acclaimed anthology series Fargo, inspired by the 1996 Coen Brothers movie of the same name, returns for its fifth installment this fall, and they’ve just released the first teaser trailer for their latest dollop of murder-mystery, which stars Juno Temple as Dorothy ‘Dot’ Lyon.

The Ted Lasso actor stars as a homemaker whose situation spirals out of control when she gets in trouble with the law. Forced to go on the run, she is pursued by Jon Hamm’s Sheriff Roy Tillman, alongside his son, Gator, played by Stranger Things‘ Joe Keery, and Taken 3‘s Sam Spruell. Also starring in the ten-episode season is Jennifer Jason Leigh (The Hateful Eight), Lamorne Morris (Game Night), and David Rysdahl (Oppenheimer). Check out the teaser below…

The latest installment of Fargo is set in Minnesota and North Dakota, 2019. After an unexpected series of events lands “Dorothy ‘Dot’ Lyon” (Juno Temple) in hot water with the authorities, this seemingly typical Midwestern housewife is suddenly plunged back into a life she thought she had left behind.

Installment 5 of FX’s Fargo premieres November 21 on FX, before streaming on Hulu the following day.
