Kong: Survivor Instinct set for Titans Edition physical release on PS5

April 25, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Meridiem has announced they will be publishing a physical edition of 7Levels’ 2.5D action-adventure game Kong: Survivor Instinct for the Playstation 5.  The Kong: Survivor Instinct Titans Edition with all its Monsterverse glory will arrive exclusively on Playstation 5 on 9th September.

This special physical Titans Edition of Kong: Survivor Instinct will feature a specially designed cover, a Beast Journal and obviously a copy of the game.

In Kong: Survivor Instinct, a sudden Titan attack on a city leads to a mass evacuation of its citizens. However, not everyone is able to make it out of the area, including the protagonist’s daughter. Taking the role of the father, players will need to journey through a collapsing city, scavenge for resources and other items to help solve environmental puzzles and fight enemies, both monsters and human on their quest to find his daughter.

As players travel through the crumbling ruins they will encounter Kong and many other Titans and monsters. These creatures pose a threat to all humanity and will directly or indirectly impact the gameplay, but their behaviour can be influenced thanks to the ORCA Σ prototype. Titans aren’t the only thing to be wary of as the villainous Alan Jonah and his Hyenas mercenary group have also made a return.

Look out for Kong: Survivor Instinct – Titans Edition physical edition arriving for PS5 on 9th September.
