In Humpback Heroes, issue 5951 (Home of Heroes), Captain Tom Best and his men had fought against the Germans for a long time in the hot and dray desert of Tobruk. When they were pulled out for some much-needed rest, they thought they could enjoy the warmth without being shot at, but command has other plans for them. With thoughts of rest far from their minds, Tom and his men are sent on a mission deep behind enemy lines to destroy an Afrika Korps fuel dump. The worst thing is, they have to do it all in complete disguise on the back of camels.
This story has been written by Brent Towns, with art by Jaume Forns, and cover art by Simon Prichard.

Issue 5953, Terror Train (For Action and Adventure) by Rossa McPhillips, takes readers to 1943 Tunisia where a German military supply train is making its way through the desert to German lines. Equipped with numerous anti-aircraft guns, this behemoth of a train is a threat to the Allied forces.
It’s essential that this train service is cancelled, and to ensure that happens, Captain Mike Lambert and his New Zealand Long Range Desert Group must fight carriage-to-carriage to eliminate the Germans and destroy this supply line once and for all.
