LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Season Pass details and new characters revealed

During its panel at the New York Comic Con, TT Games has announced details of the Season Pass content for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2. In total, the DLC will feature 6 level packs – based on the Marvel Studios films Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Avengers: Infinity War, Black Panther and Ant-Man and the Wasp and the Marvel Television shows Cloak and Dagger and Runaways – as well as four character packs: Agents of Atlas, Champions, Out of Time and Classic Guardians of the Galaxy.

In addition to the Season Pass, a host of characters have been revealed, including Dormammu, Daredevil, Gwen Stacy, Kid Colt, Klaw, Korvac, Kraven the Hunter, Stingray, Thor (Jane Foster), Grandmaster, Valkyrie, Arizona Annie, Captain Avalon, Squirrel Girl, Chimpmunk Hunk, Koi Boi, Luke Cage (Noir), Misty Knight, Blade, Phantom Rider, Morbius, Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze), Red Wolf, Living Totem, Super Adaptoid, Ursa Major, Hobgoblin, Charlie-27 (Retro Guardians DLC), Hulk 2099, Lady Spider and Hellcow. In total, it’s said that the game will feature 208 playable characters, with a further 60+ in the Season Pass.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is an all-new, epic adventure and sequel to the smash hit, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. This original branching storyline, co-written by comic book veteran Kurt Busiek, transports players into a cosmic battle across a myriad of Marvel locations ripped from time and space into the incredible open hub world of Chronopolis. Packed with signature LEGO humor for fans of all ages, gamers will go head-to-head with the time-travelling Kang the Conqueror through Ancient Egypt, The Old West, Sakaar, New York City in 2099 and many other Marvel settings.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is set for release on November 14th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, with a Nintendo Switch edition arriving later in the year.
