Video Review – Longlegs is the scariest film of the decade

July 8, 2024 by EJ Moreno

EJ Moreno reviews Neon’s Longlegs…

From the moment Longlegs begins, you are drowning in dread, and it doesn’t let up. This culminates in the best horror experience in quite some time.

Critic EJ Moreno offers up his feelings on the upcoming Oz Perkins film, set to hit cinemas in July. With terrifyingly good filmmaking and some of the best horror acting, this is easily the scariest film of the decade and a must-see for 2024.

Check out the review below, and be sure to follow us on YouTube for more reviews, exclusive interviews, and other video content…

Directed by Gretel & Hansel‘s Oz Perkins, Longlegs stars modern-day scream queen Maika Monroe (It Follows) as FBI Agent Harker and Nicolas Cage, alongside Blair Underwood, Kiernan Shipka, Alicia Witt, and Lisa Chandler.

FBI Agent Lee Harker is assigned to an unsolved serial killer case that takes an unexpected turn, revealing evidence of the occult. Harker discovers a personal connection to the killer and must stop him before he strikes again.
