Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk rumoured to return in Thor: Ragnarok

October 12, 2015 by Tom Beasley

We may be seeing Mark Ruffalo make his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe sooner than expected, with Hulk set to appear in 2017’s Thor: Ragnarok, according to JoBlo.

The website reported that Chris Hemsworth’s Thor will join forces with Hulk in the threequel, which has a title that hints at the Norse apocalypse.

Ruffalo’s green rage monster was last seen taking off in the Quinjet at the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron in order to protect Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow from his rage.

According to the report, Tom Hiddleston is set to return to the franchise as Loki, who remains the MCU’s most memorable villain.

This is all a rumour at this stage so it should be taken with a pinch of salt.

We certainly don’t want to make Hulk mad.

Thor: Ragnarok will be released on July 28th 2017.
