Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 launch trailer sees Peter Parker going to the dark side

It is just a few more days until the release of the highly anticipated Spider-Man 2 and Sony and Insomniac have released the launch trailer for the PS5 exclusive game.

The trailer sees Peter Parker gain the symbiote and the darker feelings it unleashes within him, forcing Miles Morales and Mary Jane Watson to team up and free Peter from the symbiote’s grasp. The trailer also reveals the inclusion of Spider-Man villain Sandman as well as new footage of Venom. Watch the trailer below…

Spider-Men, Peter Parker and Miles Morales, return for an exciting new adventure in the critically acclaimed Marvel’s Spider-Man franchise for PS5.

Swing, jump and utilize the new Web Wings to travel across Marvel’s New York, quickly switching between Peter Parker and Miles Morales to experience different stories and epic new powers, as the iconic villain Venom threatens to destroy their lives, their city and the ones they love.

Spider-Man 2 will be released exclusively for PlayStation 5 on October 20th.
