From the wild mind behind X and Pearl, Ti West is back with the third film in this twisted trilogy.
MaXXXine is awaiting its release this July and has dropped its latest trailer to hype up fans. Promising to give us a killer look at 80’s Hollywood in all its grittiness, Mia Goth returns as Maxine, the hero we first met in the slasher X. She faced off with Pearl, who we learned more about in the titular prequel.
It looks like Maxine’s past will come back to haunt her as she faces off with some of the killer baddies of the 1980s.
We’ve also learned that fans can get an exclusive preview of MaXXXine on June 18th as Ti West’s deadly slasher X returns to theaters for a one-night-only nationwide fan event. Check out the trailer and poster below…

Written & directed by Ti West, the film stars Mia Goth, Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Halsey, and Lily Collins, with Giancarlo Esposito and Kevin Bacon.
MaXXXine hits cinemas on July 5th.
