Mission: Impossible 6 to go up against Aquaman with July 2018 release date

Paramount Pictures has announced that Mission: Impossible 6 is set to go head-to-head with Warner Bros. and DC Films’ Aquaman, with the studio setting a July 28th 2017 release date for the latest instalment of the Tom Cruise spy series.

Mission: Impossible 6 will see Cruise once again reprising the role of Ethan Hunt, while he’ll be joined by Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation director Christopher McQuarrie, along with co-star Rebecca Ferguson, who returns as Isla Faust. As yet, there’s no word on any other returning cast members or new additions.

Production on Mission: Impossible 6 is set to get underway in the Spring.
