Netflix brings Winx Club to life with trailer for Fate: The Winx Saga

Ahead of its arrival on Netflix this Friday, the streaming service has released a trailer for Fate: The Winx Saga. A live-action re-imagining of the Italian cartoon Winx Club, the YA fantasy series follows five fairies as they learn to master their powers and the magical boarding school Alfea; watch it here…

Fate: The Winx Saga follows the coming-of-age journey of five fairies attending Alfea, a magical boarding school in the Otherworld where they must learn to master their powers while navigating love, rivalries, and the monsters that threaten their very existence. From creator Brian Young (The Vampire Diaries), Fate: The Winx Saga is a live-action reimagining of the Italian cartoon Winx Club from Iginio Straffi.

Fate: The Winx Saga arrives on Netflix on January 22nd.
