New clip from Ridley Scott’s Exodus: Gods and Kings

Ahead of its release next month, 20th Century Fox has dropped a new clip from Exodus: Gods and Kings, director Ridley Scott’s (Prometheus) biblical epic starring Christian Bale (American Hustle) as Moses and Joel Edgerton (Warrior) as Ramses. Check it out below after the official synopsis…

From acclaimed director Ridley Scott (Gladiator, Prometheus) comes the epic adventure Exodus: Gods and Kings, the story of one man’s daring courage to take on the might of an empire. Using state of the art visual effects and 3D immersion, Scott brings new life to the story of the defiant leader Moses (Christian Bale) as he rises up against the Egyptian Pharaoh Ramses (Joel Edgerton), setting 600,000 slaves on a monumental journey of escape from Egypt and its terrifying cycle of deadly plagues.

Exodus: Gods and Kings is set for release on December 12th in the States and on Boxing Day in the UK. Also featuring in the cast are Joel Edgerton (Warrior), Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad), John Turturro (Transformers: Dark of the Moon), Ben Kingsley (Iron Man 3), Sigourney Weaver (Avatar), Emun Elliott (Prometheus), María Valverde (Cracks), Golshifteh Farahani (Body of Lies), and Indira Varma (Game of Thrones).
