Following its award-winning world premiere at CANNESERIES 2026 where it was named Best Series, Hulu has released a trailer and poster for the upcoming comedy Alice and Steve.
Created and written by Sophie Goodhart (Sex Education) and directed by Tom Kingsley (Stath Lets Flats), the series stars Nicola Walker as Alice, a woman who finds herself in an all-out feud with her best friend of 30 years Steve (Jemaine Clement) when he stars dating her daughter.
Joining Walker and Clement in the cast are Joel Fry, Yali Topol Margalith, Tyrese Eaton-Dyce, Marcia Warren, Eilidh Fisher and Ebony Aboagye. Check out the trailer below…
Alice is devastated when her best friend, Steve, starts dating her 26-year-old daughter, Izzy. She’s going to lose her best friend and her daughter in one fell swoop.
