One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 launches Character Pass 3

August 13, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced that the Character Pass 3 for One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 is now available. This latest pass includes the upcoming DLCs No. 7 and 8, which adds new playable characters, customisations, and bonus content to the game.  Watch the new trailer below to see more of these new characters.

Arriving this autumn is DLC No. 7, and only one of the three characters has been revealed so far – Rob Lucci of CP-0. Rob Lucci will be in his awakened form, featuring new move sets to tackle the enemy hordes, as well as additional character outfits. The other 2 characters and outfits coming with No. 7 will be revealed closer to the release.

Coming in early 2026 is DLC No. 8 “Special Selection Pack”, which will add another three characters – Eneru, King and Z. Eneru is the former tyrannical ruler of Skypiea, who Luffy defeated thanks to the ineffectiveness of Eneru’s electric attacks. King is a member of the near-extinct lunarian race, a member of the All-Stars of the Beasts Pirates and Kaidou’s right-hand man. Finally, “Black Arm” Zephyr, aka Z, was the Neo Marines’ Supreme Commander and former Marine Admiral and instructor before he resigned.

Although both DLCs will be available to buy separately when they release, purchasing the Character Pass 3 will also provide players with Shanks’ “Divine Departure,” which is available straight away.

The Character Pass 3 is available for One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 now.
