Paramount snaps up sci-fi spec script Infinite

March 16, 2017 by Amie Cranswick

According to Deadline, Paramount Pictures has picked up Ian Shorr’s sci-fi spec script Infinite, tapping Lorenzo Di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian to produce the project.

The site describes Infinite as “an ambitious sci-fi in the vein of Wanted meets The Matrix”; based on an unpublished novel by D. Eric Maikranz, it follows “a schizophrenic who discovers his hallucinations are actually memories of past lives that he can access as well as the skills he possessed in those time periods.”

Shorr’s previous credits include the 2008 horror Splinter and the TV series version of Training Day.
