Peter Dinklage to pose as a leprechaun in O’Lucky Day

April 21, 2018 by Amie Cranswick

As speculation about his role in Avengers: Infinity War continues ahead of the Marvel blockbuster’s release this coming week, The Tracking Board is reporting that Peter Dinklage has signed on to a new project.

According to the site, the Emmy winner will produce and star in the Legendary Entertainment comedy O’Lucky Day, which tells the story of a career conman who poses as a leprechaun in order to extract revenge on someone.

Jon S. Baird (Filth) is set to direct the project from a script by Andrew Dodge. It was previously set up at Paramount, but Legendary came in to snap it up when the rights expired.

In addition to Avengers: Infinity War, Dinklage has the HBO film My Dinner with Herve on his upcoming slate, and is also currently shooting the final season of HBO’s epic fantasy series Game of Thrones, which will air next year.
