Rumour: Telltale in development on a James Bond game

June 8, 2017 by Gary Collinson

It looks like Telltale Games could be set to add another IP to its growing list of titles, with Game Zone reporting that a recent survey from the developers has suggested that a 007 game – titled James Bond: Solstice – could be on the horizon.

The report stems from a now-deleted tweet which claims that the Bond adventure is in development at Telltale, along with a second season of Tales From the Borderlands. The tweet also mentioned a second season of Minecraft, which was officially confirmed yesterday, so it would seem there’s a good chance the information is accurate.

Telltale Games has enjoyed enormous success with its licensed episodic titles, which include The Walking Dead, Back to the Future, Jurassic Park, The Wolf Among Us, Game of Thrones, Minecraft, Batman and its current series Guardians of the Galaxy.

Are you excited about the prospect of a James Bond adventure from Telltale Games? Let us know in the comments below…
