Rumour: Warner Bros. considering Batman/TMNT, Wonder Woman ’77 and Swamp Thing animated movies

October 13, 2016 by Gary Collinson

At the New York Comic Con this past weekend, Warner Bros. announced that next year will see the release of Batman vs. Two-Face, a follow-up to the upcoming Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, with William Shatner voicing Harvey Dent opposite Adam West’s Caped Crusader.

Batman vs. Two-Face joins the previously announced slate of Justice League Dark, Teen Titans: The Judas Contract and Batman and Harley Quinn, and now thanks to We Got This Covered, we may have an idea of three more potential movies in the pipeline from DC Animation.

According to the site, a survey was handed out during a recent screening of Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, which suggested that an adaptation of the DC/IDW crossover Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles could be on the cards, along with a Wonder Woman ’77 movie (presumably featuring the return of Lynda Carter, who is currently guest starring in Supergirl), and a solo outing for Swamp Thing.
