SDCC: Smallville’s Laura Vandervoort may cameo in Supergirl

July 10, 2015 by Gary Collinson

We already know that two DC veterans are set to feature in Supergirl, with Dean Cain (Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman) and Helen Slater (Supergirl) portraying Kara’s (Melissa Benoist) Earth parents Fred and Eliza Danvers, and now it seems another former Supergirl could make an appearance.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Laura Vandervoort – who played Supergirl onthe long-running Smallville – has suggested that a cameo in the CBS series could be on the cards, with the actress stating that: “Hopefully I get to be a part of it at some point, which is looking good. Hopefully I get to meet [the new Supergirl].”
