Available now on iOS from SEGA Networks Inc. and HARDlight, the UK-based studio known for Sonic Dash, Crazy Taxi: City Rush, and Sonic Jump is the much-anticipated Sonic Forces: Speed Battle. This real-time multiplayer features fifteen playable characters from the upcoming Sonic Forces console game, and here players from around the world go up against each other in action-packed speed battles.
Sonic Forces: Speed Battle includes many fan favorites like Classic Sonic, Knuckles, Amy, and Omega, as well as lesser-seen characters like Zavok, Metal Sonic, and Chaos. With twelve tracks on offer at the launch, set across three unique environments, two of which were inspired by the Sonic Forces console game. Players can build a roster of characters, leveling up their squad in an effort to battle their way up global and regional leaderboards.

Sonic Forces: Speed Battle is now available to download for free from the App Store for iPhone and iPad (it’s already optimized for the iPhone X). Expect it to arrive on Google Play – for Android devices – on the 16th November 2017. Sonic Forces, the console game – a fast-paced action platformer – will launch on the 7th November 2017 for Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
