South Korean monster apocalypse series Sweet Home finally gets a season 2 trailer

November 3, 2023 by Matt Rodgers

Netflix has finally dropped a teaser trailer for their South Korean monster series Sweet Home, which ended its brilliant first run back in 2020, and makes a return this December.

Picking up three years after the military saved some of the last remaining residents of the Green Home apartment block, the trailer shows us what has happened to Song Kang’s Cha Hyun-soo, the human-mutant hybrid who used his monstrous powers to save the day at the end of season one.

Based on the popular webtoon written by Kim Carnby and Hwang Young-chan, and directed by Lee Eung-bok and Park So-hyeon, you can check out the Sweet Home Season 2 trailer below…

A world where desire turns monstrous. The Green Home survivors and Hyun-su each fight to survive in new places, while other beings and mysterious phenomena emerge. New desires and more struggles unfold in this Netflix series.

Sweet Home Season 2 streams on Netflix from December 1st.
