Supreme Leader Snoke’s Star Wars: The Last Jedi costume details revealed

April 10, 2017 by Robert Kojder

As we collectively gear up for the first Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer officially set to debut this week at Star Wars Celebration, Making Star Wars has revealed new information on the wardrobe for Andy Serkis’ Supreme Leader Snoke in the upcoming sequel.

According to the report, Snoke will wear a gold silky robe with matching slippers and have an outfit lined completely in red. This appearance was first presented in The Art of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and is the opposite of his darker color palette previously seen in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It is also being reported that Snoke will sport a black Kyber crystal in a fancy ring, following the introduction of Kyber crystals into the movie series in last year’s Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

The news follows on from previous reports detailing the changes to Kylo Ren’s costume, and the appearance of Benicio Del Toro’s mystery character.

Let us know what you think of these costume changes in the comments below, and stay tuned as we may actually get a first look at Snoke’s outfit when the trailer is released this week…

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is set for release on December 15th and sees returning cast members Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Carrie Fisher (Leia Organa), Adam Driver (Kylo Ren), Daisy Ridley (Rey), John Boyega (Finn), Oscar Isaac (Poe Dameron), Lupita Nyong’o (Maz Kanata), Domhnall Gleeson (General Hux), Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), Gwendoline Christie (Captain Phasma), Billie Lourd (Lieutenant Connix), Andy Serkis (Supreme Leader Snoke), Peter Mayhew and Joonas Suotamo (Chewbacca), Tim Rose (Admiral Ackbar), Mike Quinn (Nien Nunb), Simon Pegg (Unkar Plutt), and Warwick Davis joined by new additions Jimmy Vee (Pan) as R2-D2, Benicio Del Toro (Guardians of the Galaxy), Laura Dern (Jurassic Park) and Kelly Marie Tran (Ladies Like Us).
