Following their election-themed mini-reunion last month, it seems that talks are now underway for stars Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes to return for a new season of the beloved sitcom Will & Grace.
Deadline is reporting that although no deals are in place at present, Universal TV is looking to secure the stars and creators Max Mutchnick and David Kohan for a one-off, ten episode season. Original network NBC is said to be a possibility, but a streaming service such as Netflix – which has relaunched the likes of Arrested Development, Full House and Gilmore Girls – thought to be the likely destination.
The election mini-episode of Will & Grace proved to be a hit with fans, and has attracted over 6 million viewers to date. If you haven’t seen it, you can watch it here…
