Terrifier 4 is in the works, confirms director Damien Leone

September 25, 2024 by EJ Moreno

With the release of Terrifier 3 fast approaching, writer and director Damien Leone is set to return for a fourth round of Art the Clown’s slashing spree with Leone confirming during a recent Q&A that, “Yes, there will be a Terrifier 4.”

The news comes after the third installment of the slasher franchise premiered at Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas. Terrifier 3 was met with fairly warm reviews from diehard fans, while others shared the usual hesitation to this style of horror. The threequel is set on the night of Christmas Eve and has added horror heavyweights like Tom Savini, Daniel Roebuck, and Jason Patric.

Returning is David Howard Thornton as the now-iconic Art the Clown. We’ll also see more of Lauren LaVera as Sienna, Elliot Fullam as Jonathan Shaw, Samantha Scaffidi as Victoria Heyes, and Chris Jericho as Burke.

Art the Clown is set to unleash chaos on the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they peacefully drift off to sleep on Christmas Eve.

Terrifier 3 is directed by Damien Leone and features a cast that includes David Howard Thornton, Lauren LaVera, Samantha Scaffidi, Elliott Fullam, Daniel Roebuck, Antonella Rose, Krsy Fox, Clint Howard, Jon Abrahams, Chris Jericho, and Jason Patric.

Terrifier 3 is set for release in cinemas on October 11th.
