The Curse teaser hints that things are going to get weird for Emma Stone and Nathan Fielder

September 27, 2023 by Matt Rodgers

Showtime and A24 have dropped a strange first look teaser for their genre-defying new series The Curse, which stars Academy Award winner Emma Stone (Poor Things) and Nathan Fielder (Marcel the Shell with Shoes On) as a reality-show hosting couple who are faced with a mysterious curse while flipping their latest house.

The Curse also stars Benny Safdie (Oppenheimer), as well as featuring guest stars including Academy Award nominee Barkhad Abdi (Captain Phillips), Corbin Bernsen (L.A. Law), and Constance Shulman (Orange is the New Black); check out the trailer below…

“The Curse is a genre-bending SHOWTIME® series that explores how an alleged curse disturbs the relationship of a newly married couple as they try to conceive a child while co-starring in their new home-improvement show.”

The Curse is set to premiere on Nov. 10 on Paramount+ and air Nov. 12 on Showtime.
