Titan and Games Workshop announce Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch series

October 19, 2017 by Gary Collinson

Titand and Games Workshop have announced their latest collaboration, Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch, a new four-issue comic book miniseries set in the grim space fantasy Warhammer 40,000 universe and based upon the best-selling standalone Games Workshop boardgame. Check out the cover artwork to the first issue here…

In Titan Comics’ Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch Issue #1, the Deathwatch team are the best of the best from all Chapters of Space Marines – they alone have the strength of mind and body to battle the alien across the universe, defending humanity from the Xenos that would destroy them! Faced with the destruction of an entire sector, and assailed by hordes of Orks, can the Deathwatch strike team hold the line against impossible odds?

Written by Black Library superstar and New York Times best-selling author Aaron Dembski-Bowden (The Horus Heresy: The First Heretic), with art by Wagner Reis (Red Sonja), Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch #1 arrives in stores January 3, 2018.
