Vin Diesel teases role in Marvel’s Inhumans again

December 28, 2014 by Thomas Roach

Vin Diesel recently starred in Guardians of the Galaxy as the humanoid tree Groot. Following his casting in the film, it was revealed that Diesel had been in contention for another Marvel role, although there was no word on the mystery project. However, Diesel has since made several references to the Inhumans, leading to speculation that he could be set to feature in the Phase Three. Now he’s at it again, posting the following image to Facebook…

Diesel actually confirmed his role in Guardians of the Galaxy before Marvel made it official, so there’s a chance that he could have already reached a deal to appear in the 2018 release. Previous speculation has pointed to Diesel possibly playing Black Bolt, who is the leader of the Inhumans, whilst others have suggested that he may provide the voice and motion capture for the character of Lockjaw, who works as the teleporter for the Attilan Royal family and takes the form of a giant bulldog.

Inhumans is set for release November 2nd, 2018.
