Work is underway on the Teen Titans live-action series Titans

July 22, 2017 by Gary Collinson

In April of this year, it was announced that Warner Bros. is pushing ahead with its long-planned live-action Teen Titans series as part of a new dedicated DC streaming service, and now DC chief creative officer Geoff Johns has revealed that work is underway on the series…

Titans is reportedly set to begin filming in September, so presumably we should expect to hear some casting news in the coming weeks. At this point, details are very scarce, although we did get some rumoured character breakdowns last month which suggested that the core cast will consist of Robin/Nightwing, Raven, Starfire and Beast Boy.

Titans will be joined on the new DC digital service by the third season of Young Justice, which was revealed at the San Diego Comic-Con yesterday to be titled Young Justice: Outsiders. Check out the synopsis and character art here.
