Hayley Atwell’s Agent Carter to return to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

November 4, 2014 by Gary Collinson

Yesterday we reported that we reported that Hayley Atwell’s Agent Carter would make a return in Ant-Man, making her one of the most recurring characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and today we’ve heard from Marvel that Peggy will appear again in the November 18th episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. The episode seems to centre around Grant Ward and his brother who will have plenty to say to each other after the events of last week’s episode. We will hopefully find out which one has been telling the truth and which one is the real sociopath.

It also seems that we’ll not only be treated to Agent Carter’s cameo, but Lou Ferrigno Jr. will play a part as Agent Hauer in the November 18 episode. Lou Ferrigno Sr has had Marvel ties from way back as the original Hulk, and made a cameo in The Incredible Hulk. He also voiced the Hulk in The Avengers and is set to voice the jade giant again in next year’s Avengers: Age of Ultron.

The episode entitled “The Things We Bury” will hit television on November 18th 09:00 pm ET on ABC. Meanwhile, Atwell’s own Agent Carter TV series will get underway in January on ABC.
