Could Hawkgirl be set to appear in The Flash?

April 9, 2015 by Gary Collinson

Last week it was revealed that Ciara Renee (Law & Order: SVU) is set to take on the role of Kendra Saunders – a.k.a. Hawkgirl – in The CW’s upcoming Arrow/Flash spin-off series, but it seems we might not have to wait that long to see her in action as the actress has tweeted out the following image, which was originally posted on Instagram…

Before you get too excited, the folks at FlashTVNews have reached out to the network, who claim that Renee will not be appearing in the season finale of The Flash, speculating that “either the sign is there representing the spinoff taping, perhaps… she’s appearing somewhere else, or in a different episode… maybe she’s there for a photoshoot or costume tests… maybe she’s there to film a promo for the upcoming spinoff…  or… maybe she’s having fun with her followers.”

The Flash airs on The CW on Tuesday nights. Follow all of our coverage here.
