Ant-Man and the Wasp gets writing trio, with Adam McKay to help on story

December 10, 2015 by Tom Beasley

Marvel sequel Ant-Man and the Wasp has acquired its writing team, with Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari graduating from an uncredited role to an official position, co-scripting alongside star Paul Rudd.

Deadline also reports that Adam McKay (The Big Short) will again lend his pen to the Ant-Man series, but this time will only have input at the story stage of the writing process.

Barrer and Ferrari did six months worth of uncredited writing on the first Ant-Man film, which went through a slightly messy path to the big screen following the departure of original director Edgar Wright (The World’s End).
