Tim Burton keen on directing the Beetlejuice sequel?

October 19, 2013 by admin

Over the last decade, Tim Burton has arguably lost the imagination that made the likes of Ed Wood, Edward Scissorhands and of course Beetlejuice so memorable and brilliant. However, there are rumours that Burton will be revisiting Michael Keaton and company one more time.

According to Schmoes Know, both Burton and Micheal Keaton are ready to return to the 80s classic Beetlejuice for the long rumoured sequel. This is still firmly stuck in the rumour mill but I’m sure most would welcome the return of Beetlejuice.

Tim Burton is currently filming Big Eyes alongside Christoph Waltz (Django Unchained) and Amy Adams (Man of Steel) and if rumours of the Beetlejuice are true, it’s said he may have to drop out of 20th Century Fox’s Miss Peregine’s Home for Peculiar Children.
