Arnold Schwarzenegger on Terminator: Salvation: “It sucked”

April 6, 2015 by Gary Collinson

This summer Arnold Schwarzenegger reprises his signature role of The Terminator in director Alan Taylor’s sequel/reboot of the iconic sci-fi franchise, Terminator Genisys, and the Austrian Oak appeared on Good Morning America to discuss his return to the franchise, during which he shared his thoughts on the previous instalment, Terminator: Salvation.

“Thank God,” said Arnie, when asked about his decision not to star in the McG-directed 2009 movie. “It sucked.”

Schwarzenegger was then asked which of the first three instalments was his favourite, responding that: “I really can’t say. I think that the three I was in, all three had their own personalities and interesting storylines.”
