Sam Claflin and Riz Ahmed in talks for Star Wars Anthology: Rogue One

Badass Digest and The Wrap are reporting the news that two new actors are in talks to join the cast of the Star Wars spin-off Rogue One, directed by Gareth Edwards (Godzilla).

The websites are claiming that actors Riz Ahmed (Nightcrawler) and Sam Claflin (The Hunger Games: Catching Fire) are in talks with Disney to join the cast of the film, which has Oscar nominee Felicity Jones (The Theory of Everything) already signed on as the lead.

“A band of resistance fighters unite for a daring mission to steal the Death Star plans in Star Wars anthology film Rogue One.”

Star Wars Anthology: Rogue One is set for release on December 16th, 2016.
