Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke is heading to the galaxy far, far away, with the official Star Wars site announcing that the actress has joined the cast of the upcoming Han Solo Anthology movie.
Clarke will join a cast that so far includes Alden Ehrenreich (Rules Don’t Apply) as Han Solo and Donald Glover (Atlanta) as Lando Calrissian, while Chewbacca is also confirmed to appear.

The as-yet-untitled Han Solo movie is being directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller (The LEGO Movie), and will explore the early adventures of the smuggler prior to A New Hope. It is set for release on May 25th 2018.
