Zack Snyder says Justice League trailer is coming soon

February 20, 2017 by Robert Kojder

While Justice League did have a presence at the San Diego Comic-Con last year in the form of a teaser/sizzle reel, we’re yet to get a full trailer for the DC blockbuster, which is set to open in November. However, director Zack Snyder has now revealed that the wait will not be much longer, with the information coming by way of Snyder’s Vero account (via SMTV’s Sean Murphy):

Warner Bros. has Wonder Woman set to arrive this summer, so presumably the focus for the studio’s marketing team will be on the Amazon Princess’ solo outing for the time being. That said, it would be a surprise if we still haven’t had the trailer before Wonder Woman opens in June.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League will reunite Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice stars Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jason Mamoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta alongside J.K. Simmons (Whiplash) as Commissioner Gordon, Amber Heard (The Danish Girl) as Mera, Willem Dafoe (Spider-Man) as Vulko, Kiersey Clemons (Dope) as Iris West, Ciaran Hinds (Game of Thrones) as Steppenwolf and Julian Lewis Jones (Stella) in an as-yet-unrevealed role. It is set for release on November 17th 2017.
